UBI, Inc. A plumbing system consists of three systems: (1) water supply (2) drain and waste disposal (3) mechanical. The Inspection will consist of operating and examining all fixtures and checking the overall condition of the system. Several gallons of water will be run through the supply and waste piping. Leaking pipes, clogged pipes, heavy corrosion, reversed hot and cold water supplies, inadequate water pressure, water heater issues, and improper venting are all common ailments of a poor plumbing system. Remarks and recommendations will be made to correct problems that are found during the inspection.
